When your Swift Lead account is first created, we give you the option to use our appointment text reminder campaign! We recommend using ours if you don’t already have one running in connection with your practice management software.
Once your new lead has been scheduled, they’ll receive the following messages:
*1. The first text is an appointment confirmation which lists the day and time of your patient's consultation, and includes quick links to add an event to their digital calendar.
2. The patient then receives a reminder 7 days prior to their consultation, if the timeline allows.
3. Your patient then receives a 24-hour text reminder which includes a Google Maps link to easily find your office.
4. The last text your patient receives arrives 1 hour before their scheduled appointment.
Utilizing an automatic reminder system keeps their scheduled consultation fresh on your patient’s mind and lowers the likelihood of a no show. Including the Google Maps link ensures your patient knows where to find your office. Some offices will also include parking instructions or offer parking reimbursement as a helpful perk!
Your 7-Day Appointment Confirmation and Reminders sequence lives in your Swift Lead account, which means each automated text, as well as responses, can be viewed in your Conversations tab.
