1) Account/Technical Support (Email ) - Any and all support requests related to specific changes you would like to make to your campaigns or account can be directed to info@adzenyth.com
2) Consulting/Non-Technical Support (Videos & Articles) - Adzenyth offers two levels of support to assist you with other non-technical support questions. These additional layers are available to you conveniently through your Swift Lead account! Please consult them in the following order:
• Our support portal: access FAQ’s, training videos, and articles through our Support Portal.
• Zoom/Phone Calls: Reference numbers 3 and 4 below!
3) One-on-One Zoom/Phone Calls - Sometimes you just need to get on the phone (or computer) with someone!
Zoom or phone calls are available to go over questions about your account, technical issues, or other non-technical questions that can be scheduled with our customer success team during our business hours.
4) Bi-weekly Zoom Calls - Set your reminders! Our team currently hosts 2 bi-weekly zoom calls where you can hop on and ask any questions you have:
Tuesdays - 9-10am EST: Technical Support Call with a Member of the Customer Success Team
Fridays - 2-3pm EST: Consulting Call - With Founder Ismael Rodriguez
