Client Responsibility #2 - Schedule Appointments & Complete Confirmation Calls
This one is very important! Scheduling qualified leads and calling them to confirm consultations with patients inside Swift Lead.
• greatly increases the chances the patient will show and
• decreases lost-time risk to your practice.
It is important these calls are done via Swift Lead so your follow up manager has context on the lead if they cancel, and is able to use that context to reschedule the lead.
Adzenyth Follow Up Manager Responsibilities:
• Contact all new leads via automation sequence, messenger conversations, website chat inquiries, and Google Maps messages
• Contact and attempt to reschedule no-shows and cancellations
